In the event of AX being unable to provide transport services to fulfil a booking and when it has been agreed that the services will be provided by a third party, Users’ personal data will be communicated to any partner company providing transport services and contracted to the User. Any recipient of such information or data agrees to respect the privacy of Users and to use the data only for authorised purposes. Data will not be transferred to third parties unless this is required by law.
Rights of Users
9. Users have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and restriction with regard to their personal data and information.
